Affinity Workforce are looking for a fun & engaging Nursery Assistant to join our team to support local nurseries. We offer between £11 – £12.90 per hour.

Here at Affinity Workforce, we support you to continue your professional development as a Nursery Assistant. We allocate work to suit you whether this is day to day or long term, and you get flexibility to choose the hours that suit you!

We are looking for a Nursery Assistant who has:

Experience with EYFS
Ability to implement effective learning characteristics
Understands the role of a key person
Ofsted awareness
Knowledge of the SEN code of Practice
Confidence managing challenging behaviour
Comfortable to prepare activities/plan observations/complete assessments.

Qualification required:

A valid Paediatric first aid certificate (Not essential, this can be completed upon enrolling with Affinity Workforce)
A valid Safeguarding certificate (Not essential, this can be completed upon enrolling with Affinity Workforce )
Full enhanced Childcare workforce DBS and update service (Not essential, this can be completed upon enrolling with Affinity Workforce)
