Affinity Workforce Solutions (AWS) are looking for Early Year’s Practitioners to work in the Aylesbury area.

We offer £13 – £15.25 per hour for qualified Nursery practitioners.

The Nursery is seeking individuals who have prior experience in nursery settings and share their passion for supporting young people in their physical, emotional and personal development, the ideal candidate will be able to work alongside colleagues and parents to promote a positive and engaging setting and support them through their Early Stages of Development.

The nursery is extremely supportive and has a strong community feel and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term role. The role is flexible and can be taken on full time or part time.

Requirements:

• A calm, patient and caring persona
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive can-do attitude
