Affinity Workforce are currently recruiting for a strong Behaviour Support Mentor who assists the provision of support for individual students with SEND, helping them overcome barriers to learning inside and outside of school, in order to achieve their potential.
The successful candidate will work with children on a one-to-one basis or in small or large groups. Developing and using a range of strategies to manage and support pupils with challenging behaviours and act as an example of personal integrity and professionalism.
