Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant/Support Worker
Location: Primary School within Greenwood Academy Trust
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only (Monday to Friday)
Pay: £88.94 – £118.50 per shift (8.30-15.30)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support the learning and development of students.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Help with classroom management and organisation.
- Support students with personal care needs, if required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs support is a plus.
