About the role:

Affinity Workforce is currently recruiting for a temporary Full Time Senior Administration Admin Level 2.

Hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 Friday 08:00 – 15:30 37 hours per week, the role will approximately last for 2 months however the role could lead to something permanent for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone experienced in a similar role with a NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration or relevant experience.

-Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection

-Developed Communication Skills, Adapting Language & Style Appropriately

-Effective use of IT, ideally including education specific systems such as SIMS, to support effective delivery of administration processes. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, E-mail, presentation, keyboard skills & use of the internet.

-Works collaboratively to ensure best outcomes for children

-Excellent analytical skills

-Able to learn, understand and apply relevant working processes and associated systems

-Able to work in a discreet and sensitive manner being mindful of confidentiality at all times
