Monarch Education are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Birmingham. - Salary: £28,650 – £35,000.00 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure

Role responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles specialising within the SEN Education Recruitment Market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
What you will need to succeed:
- A Minimum of 12 months experience operating within the Recruitment Industry or in a full 360 capacity.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own business.
- Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
- The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to further enhance their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand.
- Target driven and goal-orientated.
