- Salary: £33,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

- Hybrid working: up to 3-4 days a week in office after induction
- Hours: 7.00-5.00 (term time) and 5-hour days between 9.00-4.00 (school holidays)

What you’ll be doing?
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for education roles across South Yorkshire
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, ensuring their staffing needs are met
- Drive business development to grow your client base
- Source and attract top-tier candidates using innovative strategies
- Engage with clients and candidates in-person and remotely, building trust and long-term partnerships
What we’re looking for:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience (minimum 18 months), ideally in education or a related sector
- Strong sales and business development skills
- A strategic approach to candidate attraction and client retention
- Confident communicator who is target-driven and goal-oriented
- Passionate about building a career with a reputable and established brand
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
