Trainee Account Manager for Affinity Workforce Solutions – Service Delivery Centre Team
We are looking for a Trainee Account Manager to join our service delivery team based in Bristol City Centre – easily accessible by both the M32 Motorway and Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station. A fun, supportive and lively work environment, recruiting in the education sector. The Role
- Build on relationships with our client schools and education professionals daily
- Managing a pipeline of high-quality candidates, always identifying and engaging with candidates for education roles
- Providing candidate care during the process of them starting a new role
- Maintaining high levels of motivation working to targets
- Have the drive to succeed and desire to build a career within the education recruitment sector
- 07:00 – 17:00 in school term time and either 9-4 in school holidays or 9-2 if hit KPIS
