Affinity Workforce is proud to announce the expansion of its managed service provider (MSP) partnership with Orchard Hill College Academy Trust (OHCAT), strengthening its role as the Trust’s dedicated supply staffing partner.

Following a successful mobilisation in November 2025, Affinity Workforce is extending its contract to support all the Trust’s academies across London and the South. This expansion reflects the positive impact of the partnership to date and the Trust’s confidence in Affinity Workforce to manage its temporary and supply staffing requirements at scale.

Under the agreement, Affinity Workforce takes responsibility for the sourcing, management, and compliance of supply staff, ensuring continuity of teaching and support across the Trust’s schools. The managed service model enables Orchard Hill College Academy Trust to streamline recruitment processes, improve visibility of staffing spend, and ensure high-quality education professionals are placed where they are needed most.
