Affinity Workforce Solutions is pleased to announce a new partnership with Lighthouse Schools Partnership, supporting the delivery of flexible, high-quality staffing across the Trust.
From September, Affinity Workforce will manage the supply staff requirement across all 33 primary and secondary schools within the Trust, spanning North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset, and Bristol.
Working with multiple agencies often brings complexity including inconsistent rates, limited visibility and multiple invoice processes. This partnership provides a more coordinated approach, giving Lighthouse Schools Partnership greater control, clarity, and consistency across its supply model.
Affinity Workforce will act as a single strategic partner, simplifying how schools access supply staff while reducing administrative pressure on individual academies. The organisation is supported by a supply panel of agencies to ensure the Trust’s temporary staffing requirements are met.
Through the Government Commercial Agency framework, the Trust benefits from a more transparent and cost-effective model. Schools gain access to high-quality teaching and support staff, while improved pricing structures help maximise budgets.
This approach ensures that more resource can be focused where it has the greatest impact, supporting pupils and classroom delivery.
