Affinity Workforce Solutions is delighted to announce a new partnership with Pope Francis Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, taking responsibility for the Trust’s temporary staffing requirements.
Under the Government Commercial Agency framework, Affinity Workforce will oversee the supply needs across all the Trust’s academies across Sefton and Lancashire and continue to do so as the Trust expands – the organisation’s first MSP contract in Merseyside.
As the appointed Managed Service Provider (MSP), Affinity Workforce will manage the full temporary staffing provision across the Trust. This includes qualified teaching staff, SEND specialists, support staff and non-teaching roles, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process and access to high-quality candidates.
Affinity Workforce will deliver consistent staffing, robust compliance processes, improved cost efficiency, and ultimately help deliver genuine value ensuring more funding is directed back into the classroom.
