Affinity Workforce is delighted to announce a new partnership with Kingsbridge Educational Trust, supporting temporary staffing across the Trust’s seven schools located throughout Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire.
Through this partnership, Affinity Workforce will provide a consistent and compliant approach to temporary staffing, helping both primary and secondary schools access high-quality education professionals whenever they are needed.
As Kingsbridge Educational Trust’s managed staffing partner, Affinity Workforce will oversee the provision of teachers, teaching assistants and non-classroom staff across the Trust.
The partnership will give schools a consistent and streamlined approach to temporary recruitment, supported by a single point of contact, robust compliance processes and access to a wide network of education professionals.
By managing temporary staffing requirements centrally, Affinity Workforce will help reduce administrative pressures, improve workforce visibility and ensure schools can access high-quality staff when they need them.
The partnership will support Kingsbridge Educational Trust in maintaining continuity of education and the effective day-to-day running of its schools when permanent members of staff are absent.
It will also help the Trust achieve greater consistency and value from its temporary staffing provision, supporting more informed workforce planning and enabling savings to be redirected towards the classroom.
