Affinity Workforce Solutions (AWS) is delighted to be shortlisted for three awards at one of the UK’s largest awards events for the recruitment sector.
AWS and its CEO, Esme Bianchi- Barry are finalists in three categories at this year’s Recruiter Awards gala, which recognises outstanding achievements by recruitment agencies and in-house recruiters.
Esme Bianchi-Barry, CEO of AWS is a finalist for the Agency Leader of the Year award which is presented to the chairman, C-level or Managing Director who has demonstrated significant influence on their recruitment business, the industry and demonstrated exemplary leadership.
AWS is a finalist under the Best Temporary Recruitment Agency category. This award is given for outstanding service through temporary recruitment solutions, the outstanding value to their business partnerships and exceptional professional service.
AWS has also been shortlisted as a finalist for Best Agency of the Year (large – 100+ employees). This is awarded to the organisation achieving the most stand-out business accomplishment throughout the year including financial stability, profitability and enhancing the recruitment industry’s reputation in the UK business world.
