Launching Our New Partnership with The GLA Trust

 

Affinity Workforce is proud to announce a new managed service partnership with The GLA Trust (GLA), a highly respected Trust of 11 primary schools across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. As the GLA’s exclusive provider of temporary staffing, Affinity Workforce will supply high quality school supply teachers, teaching assistants and non-classroom support staff across the Trust. This partnership strengthens the GLA’s commitment to providing exceptional education through consistent, reliable and value-led staffing. 

Our collaboration will streamline temporary recruitment for the Trust, ensuring that every school has access to skilled, passionate and dedicated staff who can make an immediate impact in the classroom. This includes day-to-day supply and long-term cover that help maintain continuity for pupils and staff. 

Strengthening Temporary Recruitment Across GLA Schools

 

Affinity Workforce will work closely with school leaders to provide a dedicated recruitment service tailored to the needs of GLA’s schools. This includes proactive talent attraction, rigorous compliance, ongoing candidate development and a responsive service that ensures schools can access the right staff at the right time.
