Supply Teacher

Affinity Workforce Solutions have Managed Service contracts with both The Priory Learning Trust and the Cabot Learning Federation and work closely with all of the secondary schools in Weston-Super-Mare. We are looking for confident and passionate supply teachers who have previously worked in UK secondary schools.

The successful applicant:

• Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
• Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
• Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
