What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
- Adaptability and confidence in managing different classroom environments
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Your Role as a Supply Teacher:
As a Supply Teacher with Affinity Workforce, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools by:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
- Following lesson plans provided or using your own initiative when required
- Providing feedback to the school on student progress and classroom experiences
- Building strong relationships with staff and students across different settings
