CER Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools.
You’ll inherit a strong market presence, work with established school relationships, and have the opportunity to grow a highly rewarding desk while making a real difference to schools, educators, and young people across Yorkshire.

Role responsibilities:
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for education-based roles across Yorkshire.
- Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Proactively engage in business development to establish new partnerships with schools and academies.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
- Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
What are we looking for?
- Recruitment experience is essential (education recruitment is a bonus).
- Proven ability to win, retain, and grow clients through proactive business development.
- Strong candidate generation skills with a focus on quality and compliance.
- A sales‑driven mindset with a desire to exceed targets.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
