What you’ll be doing?
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for education roles across West Yorkshire
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, ensuring their staffing needs are met
- Drive business development to grow your client base
- Source and attract top-tier candidates using innovative strategies
- Engage with clients and candidates in-person and remotely, building trust and long-term partnerships
What we’re looking for:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in education or a related sector.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of winning and growing business.
- Confidence in building candidate pipelines and developing long-term client relationships.
- A target-driven mindset with the motivation to consistently deliver results.
- A professional and credible approach, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates.
- A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and quality standards.
- Comfortable using recruitment CRM systems, ideally Bullhorn.
- Eager to learn, develop, and take on new challenges as your career grows.
- Positive, proactive, and resilient, with a can-do attitude.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
