- Salary: £29,000 and uncapped commission structure to let you earn as you learn!

- Hours: 7.00-5.00 (term time) and 5-hour days between 9.00-4.00 (school holidays)

What you’ll be doing?
- Learn the end-to-end recruitment process for education roles across South Yorkshire
- Build strong relationships with schools and candidates
- Support business development activities to grow your desk
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media and networking
- Engage with clients and candidates in-person and remotely, building trust and long-term partnerships
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships
- Target-driven and motivated by success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is essential
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
