About the Role We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals to step into a full-time role supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Whether you have experience in youth support or simply a strong sense of empathy and determination, you’ll receive full training and guidance to grow into a role where your work truly makes a difference.

What We’re Looking For

  • Empathy and compassion to respond sensitively to the impact of trauma

  • Resilience and emotional regulation in challenging situations

  • Commitment to inclusion, equality, and diversity

  • (Desirable) Experience in youth work, social care, or education

  • (Desirable) Knowledge of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)

Your Impact

  • Support students with SEMH needs, promoting wellbeing and engagement

  • Use creativity – art, music, sport, or personal talents – to foster connection

  • Apply trauma-informed approaches and Team Teach strategies to encourage positive behaviour

  • Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised support

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
