Affinity Workforce are proud to announce our newest partnership with Northern Ambition Academies Trust (NAAT), a small Multi-Academy Trust nestled in Castleford, West Yorkshire.
NAAT consists of four Primary Academies, all with the same vision, for every child to leave school equipped with the essential skills they need to contribute effectively to society and to become well-rounded, confident, happy adults.
As NAAT’s sole supplier for their temporary staffing needs, we will be working with them to supply high quality and dedicated teachers, who will become part of a culture where staff are recognised and valued for their hard work and excellence.
Here at Affinity Workforce, we can offer various positions at the Trust, from teaching and support staff roles, to administrative duties. We believe that we align with NAAT’s values and the importance of working together in the best interests of the children within the community
