CER Education are hiring for a Candidate Care Consultant to join our team in Sheffield, located at St James house, S1 2EX.

This role is full time office-based role, Monday to Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm (more flexibility in school holidays typically 09:00 – 16:30).

Salary: £24,000.00 – £26,000.00 + Bonus structure

We’ll support you to:

  • Recruit and monitor the vetting progress of new candidates looking for work in the education sector.
  • Generating new candidates through use of CV databases and other technology platforms while re-engaging with candidates who haven’t worked with us in a while.
  • Writing and placing job adverts, monitoring responses
  • Loading new candidates to the database and requesting DBS or Update Service checks
  • Chasing and collating relevant vetting documents and forms to help achieve the candidate’s full clearance for work.
  • Keeping candidate’s database records up to date
  • Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Organising termly candidate engagement events including booking venues, etc. ensuring a minimum number of candidates attend
  • Generating and managing candidate targeted social media content.
