About the Role We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals to step into a full-time role supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Whether you have experience in youth support or simply a strong sense of empathy and determination, you’ll receive full training and guidance to grow into a role where your work truly makes a difference.
What We’re Looking For
Empathy and compassion to respond sensitively to the impact of trauma
Resilience and emotional regulation in challenging situations
Commitment to inclusion, equality, and diversity
(Desirable) Experience in youth work, social care, or education
(Desirable) Knowledge of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
Your Impact
Support students with SEMH needs, promoting wellbeing and engagement
Use creativity – art, music, sport, or personal talents – to foster connection
Apply trauma-informed approaches and Team Teach strategies to encourage positive behaviour
Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral staff to deliver personalised support
