Career Teachers are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us on our Birmingham team located on Temple Row, Birmingham B2 5LG.

- Full time hybrid position
- Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm with reduced hours in school holidays either 8am – 12pm or 12pm – 4pm
- Salary: £27,000.00 – £35,000.00 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission structure

Role & Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for various roles within schools, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational organisations.
- Build and develop relationships with schools and developing relationships with new schools
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Resilience
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
