Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 17:00 (Term Time) and 08:00 – 12:00 or 12:00 – 16:00 (School Holidays)
Working pattern: Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission (DOE)

You will join a team of highly experienced and supportive consultants committed to delivering first-class recruitment services to schools and trusts across London (and surrounding areas). Key Role Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
· Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
· Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
· Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
· Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
· Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
What you will need to succeed:
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
· Excellent organisational skills
· Experience of working to and achieving targets
· A minimum of 12 months experience in either a Recruitment OR Sales role.
· Excellent commercial acumen.
· Ability to manage and prioritise your workload.
· To be highly motivated to achieve your own personal and team goals.
· To be ambitious to work in the Recruitment industry and to be committed to developing yourself both professionally and personally.
· To conduct yourself professionally with both your internal colleagues and external customers.
· Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
· To attend industry related events such as careers fairs; university engagement meetings and industry events (where required).
