What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teachers in delivering a dynamic and inclusive curriculum.
- Assisting pupils with personal care and physical support needs, including moving and handling.
- Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity in all aspects of care.
- Helping pupils thrive through guided learning and development activities.
- Monitoring progress and sharing valuable insights with teaching staff.
- Keeping classrooms organised and resource-ready for learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or in a care setting (professional or personal).
- Confidence in delivering personal care with empathy and respect.
- A valid enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential):
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ for Teaching Assistants or Health & Social Care.
