Education Recruitment Consultant role at CER Education (Newcastle)
CER Education are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our well established team in Newcastle. Our Newcastle team consists of a high number of the top 10 performing consultants in the company, all taking pride in supporting new staff with their induction and development.

Key responsibilities:
- Office based position Monday to Friday
- 7:15am to 5.00pm with reduced hours during school holidays (8am-2pm or 10am-4pm)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education roles (Primary, Secondary, Special Educational Needs)
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 18 months in recruitment (Perm or Temp sector)
- Driving licence
- Strong communication skills
- Proven successful billing record and achievements
- Resilient personality
- High levels of drive and ambition
