About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our team at a specialized school in BS15, Bristol. This role involves working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality education and support to help our students thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional and social development of students.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEMH or similar needs.
- Strong subject knowledge in Science.
