Are you passionate about your hobby and want to make a real difference in young people’s lives? Our partnered school based in the Barton Hill and Kingswood area, is looking for enthusiastic individuals with unique talents to join the team and help engage children who have been excluded from mainstream education. These young people need mentors who can inspire, connect, and guide them toward brighter futures.

Our partnered school is a specialised educational institution dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for children who have faced challenges in mainstream education. Our mission is to re-engage these young individuals with education through innovative and creative approaches, fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth.

Role Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with diverse talents and backgrounds, including but not limited to:

  • Previous experience in a similar mentoring role is desirable.
  • Rappers, Graffiti Artists, Boxers, DJs, Singers, Footballers, and anyone with an exciting sports or creative hobby.

  • Individuals who have faced and overcome personal challenges, as your ability to connect and relate to our children on a deeper level is highly valued.

  • Passion and the ability to inspire are the most crucial attributes.

A driving license is essential, and candidates will need to have or be able to obtain business insurance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work 5 days a week in an engaging, hands-on role, sharing your skills and passions to positively impact children.

  • Inspire, mentor, and support children who have been excluded from their schools, helping them re-engage with education and thrive.
