We are a dedicated agency partnering with a SEN school in Fishponds that provides bespoke educational programmes and Positive Behaviour Support for young people with severe and complex sensory profiles, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviours. Our mission is to support these schools in reducing the risk of exclusion by offering highly specialised and therapeutic levels of education. Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced SEN Support Staff to join our team at our partnered schools. The ideal candidates will be trained in Team Teach and have a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our pupils. If you are not currently Team Teach trained, we offer an upcoming Team Teach course to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with severe and complex behavioural needs, sensory profiles, and learning difficulties.

  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies tailored to each pupil’s needs.

  • Work in small groups or on a 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 basis to provide targeted support.

  • Collaborate with a team of highly trained staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including our upcoming Team Teach course.

Requirements:

  • Team Teach trained or willingness to complete the upcoming Team Teach course.

  • Experience working with children with complex behavioural needs and learning difficulties.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
