Exam Invigilator – Multiple positions

Location: Bristol

Salary: £13.68 per hour

Contract: Temporary contract. This role will cover just the months of May and June.

Shift patter: Flexible hours. Monday to Friday, between 8:15 am to 3:30 pm. Minimum of 3h

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of exam rooms, ensuring they are set up correctly before each exam.
• Supervise students during exams, ensuring compliance with exam rules and regulations.
• Monitor student conduct throughout the exam, addressing any disruptions or irregularities.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of exam content at all times.
• Accurately record attendance and report any issues to the exam coordinator.
• Follow all school policies and guidelines related to exams and safeguarding.

What we are looking for:

• No previous experience required – free training will be provided, including safeguarding training.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to ensuring exams run smoothly.
• Good communication skills to liaise with staff and students effectively.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle any issues professionally.
• A responsible and professional attitude, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Flexibility to adapt to different schools and exam environments.
