We are currently recruiting both qualified and unqualified nursery practitioners to work in vibrant and welcoming nursery settings across North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who love working with children and are eager to make a positive impact on their early years.
Position:
* Qualified Nursery Practitioners: Applicants with relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 2, 3, 4 or 5 in Childcare or Early Years Education).
* Unqualified Nursery Practitioners: Enthusiastic individuals who may not yet have formal qualifications but have a passion for early childhood care and development and have experience with working in a childcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support children’s learning and development through play and educational activities.
* Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children.
* Assist in planning and implementing activities that support children’s physical, social, and emotional growth.
* Collaborate with nursery staff and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
* Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are adhered to.
Requirements:
* Qualified Applicants: Relevant qualifications in childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years).
* Unqualified Applicants: A genuine interest in working with children and willingness to learn.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, caring approach.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm, reliability, and a commitment to creating a positive nursery experience.
