Job Title: Level 3 Early Years Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Location: Primary School, Weston-super-Mare

Salary: £12.88 – £13.08 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Part-time (16 hours a week)

About Us: Affinity Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Priory Learning Trust, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a primary school in Weston-super-Mare. We are committed to providing high-quality education and care to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for nursery-aged children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members and parents to support children’s development.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
