About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers, providing high-quality education for Monkton Wood Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, ensuring continuity of education for the trusts students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects to secondary school students.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the varying needs of students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at the secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different academies and subjects.
