QTS Primary Teacher

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team to support several primary schools in Weston-super-Mare daily. As a primary supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, covering for absent teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
  • Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.
  • Following school policies and procedures.
  • Providing constructive feedback to regular teaching staff as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children. (SEND)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and routines.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and available to work on short notice as well as booked in advance.
