Trainee Recruitment Resourcer at Affinity Workforce Solutions (AWS)

This opportunity offers the successful individual to manage their own workload, working to targets / KPIs to ensure that the best Teaching professionals are recruited into our Key Contracts. The Role:

• Office based position
• Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 in term time
• Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:30 in non-term time
• £23,000 – £24,000 + bonus structure (increasing with each promotion via our career ladder!)
• 23 days annual leave + bank holidays (and an additional day off on your birthday!)

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with new and existing candidates
• Following all compliance criteria for candidates joining AWS
• Generate new candidates through recruitment activity, managing a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Searching CV databases for new candidates to contact, interviewing and help candidates with their CV.
• Organise and attend employability and NQT events, ensuring there is ongoing engagement with NQT cohort and passing relevant candidates to consultants once available for work.
• Other tasks as determined by the needs of the business.

Requirements:

• A strong communicator
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to organise their own workload to meet targets.
• Be confident in generating a steady pipeline of new candidates using a variety of candidate sourcing methods.
• Can follow direction and work as part of a team.
• Effective at communicating at events such as careers and jobs fairs.

We are situated in the city centre opposite Cabot Circus shopping centre meaning easily accessible by both the M32 Motorway and Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station.
