Recruitment Resourcer

Do you want to work for a Sunday Times top 100 Workplace? Career Teachers are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us in London (focusing on South London) supporting the team recruiting candidates to work within Special Education Needs (SEN) Schools and provisions.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am 17:30pm

Working pattern: hybrid – x2 days in the office x3 days working from home (WFH)

Salary: £27,000.00 – £27,000.00 + bonus structure

We’ll support you to:

• Build relationships with existing candidates
• Generate new candidates
• Managing a pipeline of high quality candidates
• Searching CV databases for new candidates to contact
• Interviewing and help candidates with their CV
• Keeping candidate’s database records up to date
• Organise and attend employability and ECT events, ensuring there is ongoing engagement with ECT cohort and passing relevant candidates to consultants once available for work
• Other tasks as determined by the needs of the business

You will be able to utilise your experience and skills within:

• Communication skills both written and verbal
• Organisational skills
• Experience of working to targets
• Confidence in your own ability of generating a steady pipeline of new candidates using a variety of candidate sourcing methods
• Have the ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Effective at communicating at events such as careers and jobs fairs
