Position – SEN Behavioural Teaching Assistant

We specialise in creating bespoke educational programs for children at risk of exclusion, who face severe and complex sensory profiles and learning difficulties.

What We’re Looking For:
- We need someone who is resilient to handling challenging behaviours with patience and compassion. Your caring nature will help our partnered schools’ students feel understood and valued.
- Must be equipped to excel; you’ll receive training in sensory processing difficulties and Team Teach Training.
- Experience in a similar background is desirable
- Must be patient to give the students the time and support they need to learn
- Strong behavioural management
- Energetic and enthusiastic with commitment to inclusion
- Proactive and well adaptable
