Supply Teacher

Affinity Workforce are the Managed Service Provider for Cabot Learning Federation and are in need of supply teachers to work in Monkton Wood Academy in Taunton from January 2025. The Cabot Learning Federation welcome both ECTS and more experienced teachers.

Supply work within Cabot Learning Federation via Affinity Workforce is very flexible and we can offer between one to five days per week. Rates of pay are above market average from £135 to £145 per day depending on experience. Alongside flexible day-to-day supply we can offer full-time or part-time block bookings of supply cover within this school if you are looking for guaranteed income.

Alongside Monkton Wood Academy we can also offer work in Sky Academy, a specialist SEMH School within Cabot Learning Federation.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, be confident in managing behaviour and be happy to work within the Cabot Learning Federation Academies.
