As our group continues to grow, we are looking to add to our Talent Acquisition Team and appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to be based in either Leeds or Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an ambitious, innovative, customer-focused and growing company to support our business growth and values by identifying and hiring top talent!

We also work closely with our other departments such as marketing; IT and Learning and Development.

The role & requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working and pro-active individual looking to secure their next role as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting the delivery of first-class and industry leading attraction strategies into Affinity Workforce Solutions’ Group.

The role will require the successful individual to:

  • Implement and maintain industry-leading assessment and selection processes further positioning Affinity Workforce Solutions as an employer of choice within the Education Recruitment Industry.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, secure and retain high-quality talent across all brands that make up the Affinity Workforce Solutions Group.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the selection and onboarding process.
  • Deliver strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with and in partnership with all relevant central services functions including HR, IT, L&D and Marketing.
  • Delivery of bespoke projects that align to Affinity’s overal key objectives and attraction strategies.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A proven track record in a recruitment-based role.
  • Commercial and innovative approach to candidate attraction and selection strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills – demonstrating proactivity in your communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Ambition – the desire to work hard and develop and progress.
  • A pro-active approach to work.
  • Experience working to and achieving targets.
