Affinity Workforce Solutions are partnered with a successful multi-academy trust in Castleford, and we are looking to expand our team of Supply Teachers across the primary sites. We also have the option for candidates to work across secondary if they desire.
The schools we work with are warm and welcoming, and pride themselves on providing high levels of support and encouragement to children of all abilities. They hold themselves to a high standard, and expect supply staff to uphold these standards in terms of engagement with children, quality of teaching, and behaviour management.
We can offer all candidates looking to move on to supply a comprehensive induction programme, work that fits their schedule and competitive rates of pay. We also have other schools across Sheffield so for candidates that are willing to travel, we can offer additional work in more varied settings.
