Central Regions Schools Trust’s values

School culture

Culture, in the communities their Trust serves, matters. Their leaders strive to establish strong distinctive culture. To grow this further, and sustain their strong culture into the future, they define what it is they do to build and secure a rich, safe culture. Read CRST’s Distinctive Culture Document to learn more about what they expect, what they say and what they do. Further information can also be found by watching the CRST videos.

Central Regions Schools Trust’s guiding principles are organised into three categories: people, places and processes. These three areas form their culture and underpin the delivery of their strategic plan as they strive to support social justice through exceptional schools.

It is vital we get our school culture right. It is bigger than compliance: we are clear that our culture is delivered through shared endeavour, professional high expectations, warmth, inclusivity, positivity and kindness.”
