Affinity Workforce Solutions is delighted to be a finalist at the National MAT Awards 2023.
Hosted by the Multi Academy Trust Association (MATA), Affinity Workforce Solutions is a finalist for ‘Company of the Year’. This is an all-encompassing award for fantastic achievement and service to Multi-Academy Trusts.
AWS is a leading education recruitment business. It provides high-quality temporary staffing to schools and academies nationwide and is an approved supplier of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework.
The organisation was the largest supplier of the CCS framework. During its first iteration, it delivered 75% of all managed service spend and 25% of total framework spend across the 4 year agreement period.
During this period, AWS has saved Multi-Academy Trusts in excess of approx. £1m collectively on an annual basis, including a 10%-15% saving on overall agency spend. This allows the funding to be utilised on educating students rather than being spent on excessive agency margins.
