Affinity workforce are the managed service for the UKs largest nursery education provider. We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Assistant to join the team and work within a nursery setting in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
We partner with the nursery to provide temporary working opportunities. We are looking for a full-time position. The nursery is extremely supportive and has a strong community feel with great transport links.

The job requirements
- Experience of working within a nursery environment or relevant experience
- A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable)
- A valid Safeguarding certificate (desirable)
- Full enhanced Childcare workforce DBS
- Two relevant references within the past two years
The successful applicant will have;
- Being able to engage in playful and imaginative activities with children to enhance their learning and development
- The ability to empathize and understand the feelings and emotions of young children
- A strong team player who can build relationships with parents and colleagues
