Affinity workforce are the managed service for the UKs largest nursery education provider. Workforce Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join the team and work within a nursery setting in Oxfordshire.
We partner with the nursery to provide temporary working opportunities. This is a long term position however we can offer flexible working including full time and part time hours depending on your requirements. The nursery is extremely supportive and has a strong community feel.

The job requirements
- Experience of working within a nursery environment
- A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable)
- A valid Safeguarding certificate (desirable)
- Full enhanced Childcare workforce DBS
- Two educational references within the past two years
The successful applicant will have;
- A strong team player, with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Being able to engage in playful and imaginative activities with children to enhance their learning and development
- The ability to empathize and understand the feelings and emotions of young children
