Affinity Workforce are recruiting for a school in Manchester who are looking for a Sports Coach to take on a Teaching Assistant role. The individual needs to be from a Sports background, ideally holding a coaching or sports qualification.

The main duties within this role will be:
- Assisting within PE lesson
- Working with children in the classroom setting
- Working with students one to one
- Acting as a positive role model to students
- Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students
- Supporting children with challenging behaviour to engage in class
The school are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people, this could be as a Sports Coach, Dance Leader, Scout Leader or something similar
- Holds either a Teaching assistant or sports coach qualification
- Can engage children in and out of the classroom
- Feels confident managing challenging behaviour
- Has a can-do positive attitude
