Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we have rewarding opportunities to work with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and challenging behaviour.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting teachers in delivering a dynamic and inclusive curriculum.
* Assisting pupils with personal care and physical support needs, including moving and handling.
* Encouraging independence and maintaining dignity in all aspects of care.
* Helping pupils thrive through guided learning and development activities.
* Monitoring progress and sharing valuable insights with teaching staff.
* Keeping classrooms organised and resource-ready for learning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or in a care setting (professional or personal).
* Confidence in delivering personal care with empathy and respect.
* A valid enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential):
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ for Teaching Assistants or Health & Social Care.
