We’re seeking a skilled Level 2 Team Teach Specialist to join one of our Outstanding Ofsted-rated partner schools in the Fishponds area. This role is ideal for someone with proven SEN experience who is confident supporting pupils with significant and varied disabilities, ensuring they receive the care, encouragement, and personalised learning they deserve.

Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

The school spans five specialist provisions: Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and a Behaviour Support Centre.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Hold Level 2 Team Teach certification (essential)
Have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
Are confident managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies
Can deliver personalised 1:1 or 2:1 support
Communicate clearly and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a proactive approach to every day
