Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently looking for a passionate and creative Art Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, starting in February at a school in Devizes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons, tailored to the national curriculum and student needs.
- Support students’ progress and encourage creativity and self-expression.
- Foster a learning environment that inspires artistic achievement and confidence.
- Monitor and evaluate assessment and feedback in line with school policy.
- Maintain discipline and promote high standards of behaviour and work.
- Use classroom resources effectively to enhance learning outcomes.
- Track student attainment and progress using departmental systems.
- Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to support student growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience teaching Art across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
- A valid teaching qualification and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- A belief that all students can make outstanding progress.
