Recruitment Account Coordinator – Bristol – Affinity Partnerships – Permanent – Education Recruitment

Affinity Workforce Solutions are an innovative and industry-leading Education Recruitment Consultancy providing expert Managed Service Provisions (MSPs) to Schools and Trusts across the UK.

We have exciting opportunities to join our rapidly growing Affinity Partnerships Team in Bristol, based in the heart of the city!

We are seeking ambitious and customer-orientated individuals to join our team as an Account Coordinator, specialising in the delivery of first-class recruitment services to our customers.

About the role:

  • £25,647-£29,000 per annum + quarterly bonus! (OTE £31k)
  • 07:15 – 16:15 during school term-time. 4-hour days during school holidays.
  • NO COLD-CALLING – working only with warm schools.
  • Manage the recruitment process for education-based roles across the accounts within our MSPs and work with the Affinity Workforce Solutions brands (Monarch Education, Career Teachers, CER Education, and The Protocol Group) and external suppliers.
  • Working across large-scale accounts providing exceptional customer service and developing long-lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with your account schools through visits to ensure their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates for temporary and contract education staff across the country.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions with customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Full Driving License (preferable)
  • A proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude!
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced sales or customer orientated role.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Resilience and tenacity to overcome challenges.
  • To be a supportive and engaging team member.
